We had a real nice visit with Grandma and Grandpa Neally last Saturday and it was good to see them before we left Florida.

New Pictures

New Videos for those that love them!

I've been collecting some videos of Hayden this week and trying to pick the best ones. So here we are from Hayden being in his bumbo, to his boppy, and back to his bouncy. You can listen to the music on the bouncy and understand how those songs become embedded into my brain so easily that I'm humming them in the shower. Hayden is getting really great at lifting his chest up and has even had some full-on giggles when he was on his changing table and Daddy was tickling him. They were pretty unmistakable so we entered his first laugh into the baby book. Any small giggles before this were hard to tell if he was just cooing or making noise.

Our Family Pictures

I didn't realize I could post these, until someone did on my birth club board. We had a good time getting our pictures taken last weekend. I had hoped we would have gotten a couple more smiley pictures of Hayden, but there will be plenty of time for that. I wanted to have a fall look for our pictures so we (especially me) got a little warm in that small studio room. We had a different outfit for Hayden to go home in. Here are out favorites:

Happy Birthday Grandma Debbie!

Happy Birthday Grandma! Yesterday I upgraded my bottles and now I don't have to work so hard to eat. Mommy has been working hard with me on my neck muscles and Daddy has been making some weird and funny faces to get me to laugh. I haven't let out a big giggle yet, but I give him big smiles. Mommy got my formula for the plane ride so we don't have to go through too much hassle at security. I can't wait to see you and Grandpa! Love you!

Happy 3 Months Hayden!

Hayden is now 3 months old already! Wow time flies! I took my own measurements and he weighs 16 lbs. and is 25 3/4 inches long. Hayden was 9 lbs. 6 oz. and 20 1/2 inches long at birth. We are definitely developing a sleeping through the night pattern as he hasn't woken up before 6 am for almost a week.

While cousin Gavin is eating birthday cake, Hayden is having fun eating his hands. He tries to get his whole fist in his mouth and sometimes even tries to get both in there.

Up Late Again

Well last night I couldn't sleep and tonight I fed Hayden his "supper" bottle pretty late so I'm up just waiting to feed him his bedtime bottle and watching The Sound of Music, but thought I'd post a couple of pictures from tonight before I straighten up the house.

Some Recent Pictures of Hayden

Hayden still loves his bouncy seat and it keeps him occupied to let Mommy and Daddy eat dinner or get some chores done around the house.

Hayden sleeping in his carseat after coming home. He recently got a carseat toy and loves it! He sits in the backseat and talks to it. We weren't going to get him one of these, but made a visit to Babies R Us and gave in.

Hayden is growing by the day. He's drooling a lot and likes to suck on his hands. When he's fussy he's telling Mommy that he needs a nap and when he's really crying he wants to eat. Otherwise the only time he gets upset is when he's been working too hard with tummy time. He's taking a six ounce bottle every four to five hours during the day and lately he's been sleeping through the night to where Daddy feeds him when he gets up for work so he can spend some extra time with him. It doesn't always work this way as sometimes Hayden wakes up at 4:30, which is still when Mommy's on duty.
