Today we took Hayden to get his first haircut. We've been putting it off for awhile now and finally just decided it was time. He loved sitting in the car at first and watching Baby Einstein and then tried to push the stylist's hand away when she got in his way of the tv screen. We didn't want it cut too short, but we think it's just right. He got a little certificate and Grandma Dawn gave him a little locket to put his hair in.

Glad you had a good experience for his first haircut. This place looks similar to the Hairy Elephant where we got Gavin's hair cut. Sure makes a world of difference if you have things to distract them when the stylist is cutting with scissors or using the electric shaver.

I love it and I like how he just sat there all calm like... If I ever had to get Jayla to get a haircut she wouldn't sit still for anything...
I'm so glad you left some curls! He's starting to look like Josh. I can't wait to see more pictures of the house. I'm not sure if I can make it down this summer or not..
