More Pics of Hayden Eating

Starting solid foods has been slow going with Hayden, but he now eats 2 meals a day of cereal and fruit in the morning and a veggie and fruit for dinner. He's not like his cousin Emma at all who opened her mouth as wide as she could get it when she started solids. He's slowly getting the hang of it and usually has one good meal a day where I don't have to wait forever to get the spoon in. He's also really great at drinking from a cup and loves that part of his meal.

Hi Lea (this is Ceci from babycenter). What a great blog! Hayden is a cutie pie. What a cool highchair! And I am jealous you babycenter moms got to meet up. That sounds like fun!

Glad to hear Hayden is eating well for you! Gunner starts cereal next week. Look out! We have started sitting him in his high chair during while we eat supper so he gets used to it. Looks like Hayden loves his modern high chair. I bet it's easy to clean! He will definitely be beating both my boys to drinking from a cup by himself because it's going to take me a while to wean the sippy and take a chance on the spills. :-) You've got quit a fan club going here. Too funny!

Yes, I gave Gavin his first bite on his four month bday. Although they say it is a myth, I firmly believe it helped satisfy him and he slept longer at night. As long as my ped. says it's okay, I'll do anything to get more shut-eye! :-)
